| PunkTV.com was started by the union of three old friends that are dedicated to bringing un released music to the world. Starting in September 2003 the trio is working to prepare a volume of music from several underground bands. |

| Don A.K.A. Screeg Neegis: Founder of Wasted Efforts Productions, Don re masters the music and creates the digital masters from analog tapes. He compiles the CD's and Free MP3s found on the site. He's the main inspiration behind the scenes at PunkTV, and he's always back in his coffin before the break of daylight, not to be seen again until the twilight hour. |

| Micky: Resident Punk Programmer, Micky designs the Web site, and produces the packaging for the CD's. She is often found sitting next to Spike in the dead of night, staring at the computer screen in a trance like state, right before a new page appears on PunkTV.com. |

| Angelo: Graphic Artist, Angelo creates the imagery for the CD album covers and labels of many of the bands on PunkTV. Some of his paintings have been used for cover art on PunkTV CD releases. Angelo is a major influence in the PunkTV operations and works with Don to determine the release schedule for bands. |

| Spike: Editor, Sorcerer, Contortionist and Heretic, Spike does everything from making the coffee to serving up the sometimes caustic commentary on the Web site. As site editor he is responsible for getting the facts from the band members and creating the storylines for the history pages. He donates his time as a labor of love and can often be seen and heard in the office late after dark cranking up the tunes. Although he does not claim to be a Vampire, we have never seen him in the daytime. |
